利用NuSoap可以很轻松的实现web services, 我这个例子很简单，就是把一个字符串倒过来（strrev），实际应用可以写很复杂的例子，web services有什么用呢？？它可以实现分布式计算，也就是说在服务器上运算，而在别的地方调用来到到结果，
再比如像microsoft的passport可以在一个网站登陆，就相当于在每个它下属的网站登陆了，这个功能其实用soap也可以实现关键是验证的同一性，
当然我说的不一定都对，因为我也是刚学，执行页面nusoapclient.php
