1. Navigate into your $ORACLE_HOME/bin directory
2. Issue the following statement:
$lsnrctl start
$dbstart
$./emctl start dbconsole

Starting iSQL*Plus
$isqlplusctl start
http://host.domain:5560/isqlplus
