问各位老大一个问题：

在VMware Workstation下装有redhat linux9.0，采用桥接模式，为让其上网我做了如下设置：

VMware Workstation装在win2000pro下：

win2000 ip :192.168.0.78

linux ip :192.168.0.68

两者的dns都是：202.16.0.20

不知道还用设置网关吗？

1.安装PPPoE软件包rp-pppoe-3.5.tar.gz

2.设置拨号程序

Enter your PPPoE user name: 输入宽带账号的用户名。

Enter the Ethernet interface connected to the ADSL modem

For Solaris, this is likely to be something like /dev/hme0.

For Linux, it will be ethn,swheres'n' is a number.

(default eth0): 输入连接的网卡名字，选择默认

Enter the demand value (default no): 键入“no”

Enter the DNS information here: 输入DNS服务器地址

Please enter your PPPoE password: 输入宽带账号的密码。

Please confirm your pppoe password: 再次输入宽带账号密码。

Choose a type of firewall (0-2): 输入 0 不使用防火墙。

Accept these settings and adjust configuration files (y/n)输入y

3.拨号上网

字符状态下键入：“adsl-start”，启动拨号上网程序（而此时在win2000下验证拨号程序已经拨不上去了被linux拨号占用了），但是在VMware Workstation下装的linux9.0就是上不去网。
