我用的是校园网。刚启动时可以上网，因为今天要用wine模拟超星阅览器，但既不想上外网，又不想拔网线，所以用ifconfig eth0 down关网卡，后来当我想上网的时候，就用ifconfig eth0 up，以为可以上网了，但一试发现上不了，只好重启才能上网

没有，绝对没有。因为学校对ip地址是与mac地址一一对应进行分配的，我没有改mac地址，所以ip地址也不会变。也不可能被人占用
