系统：RH7.3.92+proftpd-1.2.5(tar.gz)
理想：正确配置并显示welcome.msg
操作：因为装的tar.gz的包，又是默认安装的，所以proftpd.conf在/usr/local/etc，而proftpd在/usr/local/sbin。那么welcome.msg应该放在什么位置呢？
我试着在/var/ftp/建立，并在
1<global>段里给出具体位置：/var/ftp/welcome.msg，但不成功！望各位老大指点
