别人帮助你的话，一般用 ssh 比较方便，类似 telnet.用 vnc 要慢很多，不过是图形，还得考虑中文之类的。
想访问内网的话，有如下方法：
1。可以在主机上做个 port map ,主机做个中介。具体找找资料。这种方法来的比较直接。
2。也可以先让对方在某个终端 ssh 到你的主机（主机开 sshd 服务），这以后他就可以在这个终端访问你的内部网络，再一次用 ssh 登陆到内网机器（被登陆机器开 sshd 服务）。
外网用户 -ssh ---> 主机 （sshd） -ssh ---> 内网机子 （sshd）
缺点是，主机要开 sshd 服务，还要告诉对方，主机上的用户和密码，这里要做好保密工作，适当限制权限，主机作用相当于跳板，速度可能稍慢一些。
以上方法仅做参考。

让对方把vnc viewer开成listen模式，然后你打开服务端把他加进去，这样他就能控制你的机器了。

正常来讲,你的机器是服务器,帮助你的人要用客户端来联接你的服务器,但vnc有个功能就是让服务器端主动联接客户端这样你就不用在服务器上做断口映射了.
