Win2000(sp3),oracle9i.IIS经常发生如下错误提示，导致iis停运，网站无法打开。而我只能重启解决：

不知是什么原因。如何处理。

遇到和我一样的问题,我的解决了.
1.先结束任务:msblast.exe
2.查找msblast.exe,在winnt/system32下,将其彻底删除.
2.运行注册表,直接查找msblast.exe,然后将相应的键值删掉.
3.打补丁:
win2000的补钉
http://www.ncu.com.cn/Windows2000-KB823980-x86-CHS.exe
4.相应的IIS目录中,配置项,将没有用的映射如.ida,.htr等等删掉.
