我在Windows2000 Professional环境下装完tomcat4.1.12,路径为d:\tomcat,启动tomcat,打开IE,在地址栏输入http://127.0.0.1:8080/index.jsp正常运行,但输入http://localhost:8080/index.jsp就不能正常运行(找不到网页),为什么?
