近期，也没动什么配置，启动后，要等老长一段时间，出现一对话框，标题为
Machine Debug Manager，按下OK后，对话框消失，又等一段时间, .net的界面才出来，然后，在里头更改配置、运行程序之前，都要先启动这个MDM，极慢！
